hello! im after a new Android phone, and my main concern is battery life. Do you have any advice on phones with good batteries and/or phones i should def not get? Thanks :)

most any 4G phone is going to tear through battery life a lot faster when the 4G antenna is on, so watch out for that. that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t get one, just something to be aware of. if that really is your #1 concern, look into the Droid Razr Maxx because that shit has a hella long battery life (21.5 hours!)

no brand-new indie artists are coming to mind, lately i’ve mostly been listening to majors like the new records from LP, fiona apple and missy higgins. but generally speaking, my favourite music for maintaining personal space on public transport is by holly miranda (solo or w/ the jealous girlfriends), bertie blackman, the cold war kids, and sia - check them out if you haven’t done so before.
