I have to say, I disagree about not wearing a brown belt. U should wear what makes you comfortable. Just because it is a funeral doesn’t mean you have to wear black. That’s social convention, not the law. I’ve never worn all black. Last 1 I wore purple.

I was assuming their meant a brown belt with black pants.
It’s true you don’t have to wear black for a funeral but it is the easiest safest choice if you’re unsure what to wear.
