Friend of mine shared this and I wanted to signal boost. As a note, this survey does include open answer options for both gender and sexuality.
There is a group of researchers from the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Verona who are interested in learning more about the experiences of same-sex couples with children. They hope to report the results of this survey to policy makers and service providers so that they can work more effectively with same-sex parents and their children. Please help us to distribute this project WIDELY!
If you are a parent who is currently living with a same-sex partner, we very much welcome your participation in this anonymous 30-minute survey. We will not reveal your personal responses with anyone outside the research staff. The anonymous survey contains questions about the amount of support you receive from friends, family members, and service providers. There are also questions about your ideas about parenting, your sense of confidence about being a parent, your daily emotions, and your satisfaction with your current life situation.
Participation in the survey will enable you to enter a drawing for one of 10 gift cards worth $25 or a grand prize of $250. We will conduct the drawing one month after all the surveys have been collected. We will identify the winners by email or telephone, according to their preference. The chance of winning a prize depends on the number of entries, which we will not know until the end of data collection.
