These cards aren’t saying ‘stay!’ or ‘go!’ (tarot rarely answers our questions like that.) But as we work around this compass there’s a real sense of something big building, something that encourages you to welcome change into your life and go for what you know you want.
Beth’s tackling a life question with tarot this week. So, should you stay or should you go? Find out.

There’s no real reason to be optimistic that the general political climate will become as sober as Obama’s address seemed to suggest it should, or that we will cease hearing paeans to the various aesthetic qualities that potential walls could embody anytime soon. But if this SOTU is one of the last tangible public offerings of Obama’s term, it will, I think, stand as a pretty good monument to it.

It’s the last installment of my local travel challenge miniseries with @Autostraddle.

I got to interview a mega-babe artist and executive director of the @mexic_arte museum.

Then I went over to the Lakeway Greenbelt- which is where I found this amazing art installation which serves as a reflection of the beautiful limestone cliffs surrounding them!

I hope all of you who participated in this challenge felt inspired to continue to exploring around your hometowns!

I’d love for us all to continuing using the #GotOutThere hashtag when you get around town! It’d be a fun way to encourage each other to be local travelers! (at Lakeway Greenbelts)
