exercise! seriously, go to the gym! going to the gym ALWAYS makes me feel better AND I get to read a magazine! it puts me in a good mood all day and it’s good for your heart, literally!
Furthermore, I suggest following your dreams, keeping a journal, trusting your gut when it senses danger (people, situations), reading happy books and listening to happy upbeat music while walking. Talk to people that remind you of who you really are. Be independent. Be self-determined. Put yourself first, people in need second, and your most reliable friends/family members third. Start with your core and then move outward, but not too far. Wait for the next joke. Or tell it.
