are you saying that i don’t sound smart? only cute? hm. most of the questions i’ve been asked revolve around tegan and sara lyrics and what i like to drink, so i’m not sure how smart i’m supposed to sound when responding to those.
i think people see me the way they want to see me, regardless of what i say or do. i could worry about that, but there’s an awful lot of you and just one of me, so it would get overwhelming.
a couple of weeks ago, a really amazing girl was holding my face in her hands and she told me that i was beautiful and i said, “i’m more than just that.” and she smiled and said, “i know you are.” so, i don’t know, i guess i just have to hope there are more people like her.
