You’re a vegan right? Where do you stand on soy milk? There is conflicting research.
my stance is to try really hard not to care about any of the research. i mean i do drink/eat it but not that much? like i take it in my coffee/lattes but i don’t like have a nice cool glass of soymilk every night with dinner or anything, i use it for baking more than anything else. i eat probably one block of tofu every two weeks? or three? roughly? i don’t know, everything in moderation i guess. i still think it’s better for me than milk/meat. it might not be better for me than almond milk though? the jury is still out on that one.
