you know, the pragmatist in me wants to say that sounds like a disaster and you should get out now, but the person in me who has been i think on both sides of this at some point in her life a few times would say approximately ~3.5 months. but really try to keep your emotional distance as much as possible, as hard as that may be. don’t make any plans or envision your life together in four months, just take each day as it comes and expect nothing. that will help a little bit. but i don’t know, maybe it’s just in my experience when someone waits precisely that long, it’s always worth it. you don’t keep something you don’t want around for 3.5 months. that means there is something there. so. good luck!
